Escape room info - procedure, prices, rules & tips

General information about escape rooms

Here you will find the most important information about how an escape room works.

How does an escape room game work?

After booking, you and your team arrive about 10 minutes before the game starts. A game master will explain the rules and the story to you. You then have 60 minutes to solve puzzles and complete missions. If you get stuck, you can get hints. The aim is to complete the game together as a team – the focus is on having fun.

What happens if we don't make it in time?

No problem – if you start on time, you can play for a few minutes longer. After that, we’ll help you more so that you can finish the game. It’s all about the experience, not about solving everything perfectly.

Are there actors in the rooms?

No, at Mission:Escape there are basically no actors or live performers in the rooms. The atmosphere is created exclusively through lighting, sound effects and room design.

Exception: At special events, such as Halloween, we occasionally offer special formats with actors. These are communicated in advance via our website or social media.
